From backpacking and climbing to surfing and boating, Josh has always loved the outdoors. He finds meaning from being in the moment among nature’s wonders—a connection that has fueled his interest in good stewardship and a career in environmental science and water resources engineering.
Josh has nearly three decades of experience developing nature-based solutions for the planning, design, and construction administration of watershed management and ecological restoration projects. He applies his knowledge of hydrology, stream mechanics, and fluvial geomorphology in various rural and urban settings to help improve and enhance ecosystem recovery across the United States. Josh enjoys partnering with his clients to align our services with their needs, like when he recently helped a multinational industrial client better understand and assess at-risk resources and untapped natural capital to find opportunities for improvement.
Josh still spends much of his free time in the great outdoors—these days often joined by his family, too.
